    All snacks are different and they will come with various options to choose from.

  • Are the snacks nut-free?

    Some of the items do contain nuts but all items are individually packaged

  • How quickly will I receive my items?

    We ship all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays). Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days for Standard Shipping and 2–5 business days for Fast Shipping once your order has shipped, depending on your location.

  • Do estimated delivery dates mean guaranteed arrival dates?

    Estimated delivery dates are based on carrier transit times and order processing, but they are not guaranteed. We ship all orders within 1 business day, and most packages arrive within the estimated window shown at checkout.

  • How often are the snacks updated?

    We will always be exploring new snacking options. We encourage you to leave feedback about options you would like us to add!

  • Can I add on to the pre-made Boxes?

    Yes! If you feel there is not enough in the pre-built boxes, you can add items from the Build-A-Box section
